Q: Are KONKE zigbee smart home hub compatible devices compatible with other Brand zigbee hubs?

Konke: Our zigbee devices run standard zigbee 3.0 protocol, theoretically speaking, standard zigbee 3.0 products are compatible with each other. well, some devices may have different channels so it need a few more debugs to find them. And,some personalized features on the devices may not be able to use it.

Q: Can other Brand zigbee devices connect to Konke zigbee hub?

Konke: For this questions,I need to explain from two aspects. 1. Yes, our zigbee hub is suitable for all other standard zigbee 3.0 devices, our hub is certified by the zigbee alliance, I can show the certificate if you asked. 2.Although the hub can recognize other zigbee 3.0 products, but If our APP does not have other product category,they may not work. for example, our app has motion sensor, the hub can work with the third party's motion sensor; while, our hub has no door bell ,the hub can not work with the third party's door bell.
