1.Material Information

* Oat (Avena sativa L.) is an annual herb of Gramineae. It is worldwide cultivated crops.

* The main production area is the temperate zone of the northern hemisphere.

* Oats like the cold and dry climate.

2.Function

* Oats contain 5-9% fat, which is 4-5 times as much as rice and white flour. 80% of oat fat is unsaturated fatty acid, mainly monounsaturated fatty acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid, of which linoleic acid accounts for 38.1% - 52.0% of fat content. Linoleic acid is the most important essential fatty acid in human body. It has important physiological function in human body and can reduce the accumulation of cholesterol in cardiovascular system.

* Oat is rich in protein content (15.6%), which is 1.6-2.3 times of rice and wheat flour, ranking first in cereal grains. Oat protein has a high nutritional value and contains 18 kinds of amino acids, 8 of which are essential amino acids for human body. Eight kinds of essential amino acids are not only rich in content and reasonable in proportion, close to the nutrition mode recommended by FAO / who, but also high in human utilization. The lysine content in oats is more than 2 times that in wheat and rice, and the tryptophan content is more than 1.7 times that in wheat and rice. Therefore, the supplement of oats can make up for the "lysine deficiency" caused by unbalanced dietary structure. 

* Oats are rich in vitamins B1, B2, niacin, folate and minerals including calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, copper, selenium, etc.

* Oats also have two kinds of dietary fiber, soluble and insoluble. The main component of soluble dietary fiber is β - glucan, which has notable effects as below- reducing cholesterol and blood lipid,regulating blood sugar,relieving constipation,weight control and antioxidant.

Q2: Can you supply free samples?

A: Yes, we can provide some free sample, but the shipping cost should be on the customers'

      account. You can either pay us the shipping cost or arrange a courier to collect the samples.
